[/center] This is the story of Chicago-based siblings Pete and Kenny Wentz, and their journey to find a 'Cure' for the Population Problems, caused by a mysterious Global Warming symptom that no has discovered yet... And they're trying to flush it out...
Around 34 years ago, a child's DNA mutated and changed it from a human into a Vampire. At first, this muatation was ignored by everyone, especially the Doctors and Government, until the child was eight years old and more children were born with the same thing. Many were taken into a Quarantined Hospital, where they were tested and experimented on until they didn't even look human-like. This 'Problem' was dubbed The Vampir Disease, because it was the blueprints of a Vamp and the body of a Disease...
People shunned the Vamps at first because they'd started 'Klans' a kind of Vampire Packs or 'gangs' that hunted and gently fed from the human teens or adults they knew, loved or worked with. This was an honest thing for the Vamps, because they need human blood to survive, and whoever they killed were usually weak or dying anyway. The human Government and Nation didn't believe this was an honest reason to hunt down and feed. They played with the thought of exiling the Vamps, but when the Turning began, they decided it would be easier just to try and live in peace with the Vamps. Today, this is still a big problem for the two Sectors.
Three years before then, a child was born with a mutated DNA that made him a Lycanthrope. It wasn't found in any children properly until the first child was twenty years old, he was tested along with several others who were found with the same DNA. It was dubbed The Lycanthrope Disease because the humans saw it as the same as Vampir Disease. Unlike the Vamps however, the Lycans were accepted into the US Nation. Today, most of the Lycans live in packs, with Vamps or alone.
Pete Wentz has noticed an odd number change in the Human and Lycans' populations, and no number change in the Vamps and it worries him. When he brings it up in a Council Meeting one night, the Lycanthrope Alpha, Mark Hoppus and Vampire 'God', Tom DeLonge decided to help Pete, Kenny and Patrick to find out why.
